At Xiente, we understand that families are the experts in their own lives. But no one should have to navigate poverty, instability, or broken systems alone. The Prosperity Project gives families the structure, guidance, and community support they need to build lasting economic mobility.

What Is the Prosperity Project?

Think of it like the foundation—a solid cheese pizza. Every family in the program receives:

  • A dedicated Economic Mobility Concierge
  • A personalized Economic Mobility Family Assessment (EMFA)
  • The opportunity to attend a signature Economic Mobility Retreat

From there, depending on your goals, some families may also receive additional supports like Guaranteed Income or access to Mi Casa, our affordable housing initiative.

Every journey is different. The Prosperity Project is here to walk it with you.

Meet Your Economic Mobility Concierge

Concierges aren’t case managers—they’re connectors, guides, and champions. Like a hotel concierge, they help you find what you need, when you need it—from financial coaching to job training, from housing referrals to legal support.

They’ll work with you to:

  • Build your financial capital: budgeting, saving, repairing credit, home buying
  • Grow your human capital: education, credentials, career advancement
  • Expand your social capital: building networks, mentoring, advocacy

And they’ll follow through. Not just hand you a list of resources—but stay with you until your goals are met.

    How It Works

    1. Schedule an Appointment
      Meet with our Economic Mobility team to share your goals and explore how Xiente can support your journey.
    2. Complete the EMFA
      Begin with the Economic Mobility Family Assessment (EMFA)—a personalized tool to help you identify strengths, set goals, and measure progress over time.
    3. Build Your Family Plan
      Work with your Concierge to develop a tailored goal plan focused on what matters most to you—whether that’s housing, education, savings, or career growth.
    4. Attend a Retreat
      Join one of our quarterly Economic Mobility Retreats, a powerful space for reflection, planning, and connection with other families building their futures.
    5. Stay Connected
      Your Concierge will check in regularly—bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly—helping you move forward, overcome barriers, and celebrate milestones along the way.

    Add-On Support

    Some families in the Prosperity Project will also qualify for:

    💵 Guaranteed Income
    Unconditional cash support to reduce stress and create space for long-term planning.

    🏘 Mi Casa Initiative
    Affordable housing for working families left out of government subsidy programs.

    Whether or not you receive these add-ons, every Prosperity Project family gets core, ongoing support.
