120 leaders gathered at Billy Penn Studios for an honest conversation about what it really takes to move families toward economic mobility. Corporate executives, philanthropists, financial institutions, government officials, civic and community leaders from across Philadelphia — all in one room, with panelists joining from Philadelphia, New York, Pittsburgh, and Texas. Presented by Truist, our Prosperity Innovation Investor.
We heard from Dr. Michelle Carrera — six years of transformational leadership honored with the Exceptional Leadership and Dedicated Service to Xiente Award — and welcomed Interim CEO Felix Quiñones, who shared his vision for Xiente’s next chapter. The panel delivered.
