At Xiente, we believe everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home. Our portfolio includes 53 quality rental units—including one- to three-bedroom apartments—located in the culturally rich and transit-connected Norris Square neighborhood.
Our units are designed for working families who may not qualify for government subsidies but still face barriers in accessing market-rate housing. From spacious layouts to community-centered locations, Xiente housing supports long-term stability and growth.
