At Xiente, we believe every young person deserves a clear pathway to economic opportunity. Our Workforce Development programs are designed to equip youth and young adults (ages 16–24) with the skills, confidence, and experiences they need to succeed—not just in their first job, but in a lifelong career.
Through a combination of hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world work experience, participants develop both the soft and technical skills that today’s employers value most.

Industry-Recognized Certifications & Career Pathways
At Xiente, we prepare young people not just for their first job—but for long-term career success. Participants in our Workforce Development programs gain access to nationally recognized certifications and hands-on training aligned with today’s most in-demand industries.
PACT: Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training
Xiente proudly offers the PACT curriculum from the Home Builders Institute (HBI)—one of only three pre-apprenticeship programs recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor.
PACT prepares youth for careers in the trades by combining academic, technical, and life skills training with real-world exposure.

Participants can also earn job-critical certifications in other high-demand sectors:
- CPR & First Aid – Vital for roles in education, care work, and public service.
- CDA (Child Development Associate) – For youth interested in early childhood education.
- ServSafe Food Handler – Essential for food service, hospitality, and culinary careers.
These certifications expand employment options and help participants stand out in competitive job markets.
