Raised in affordable housing, George’s early experiences gave him a firsthand understanding of the struggles faced by families in under-resourced communities and fueled his commitment to building sustainable solutions that improve lives. His journey began with service in the U.S. Army and the Pennsylvania National Guard, where he developed discipline and leadership that have shaped his career.
George holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Temple University, along with a background in Electrical and Computer Engineering. His analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities guided him through a career that evolved from technology to executive financial leadership. Over the years, George has led complex projects that included implementing large-scale financial systems and supporting organizations through major operational mergers. His work has helped companies strengthen their infrastructure while aligning financial operations with their strategic goals.
As CFO of Xiente, George is dedicated to enhancing financial sustainability and operational excellence. He believes that financial decisions should empower community impact and guide long-term success. His leadership philosophy centers on fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and putting people first.
Outside of his work at Xiente, George enjoys cooking for friends and family, gaming with his kids (and claiming victory whenever possible), and traveling with his wife, Melissa, exploring new destinations and cultures together.
