Beth Gonzales likes to take a vision and make it a reality through sound strategy development. She intuitively sees threads of opportunity that run throughout organizations and likes to braid them to make organizations stronger.

An accomplished leader who has worked for nonprofits, government and the private sector in Philadelphia, NYC, Washington, DC and Texas, Gonzales brings decades of experience leading teams and process improvements to meet agency goals while enhancing service delivery for the people being served. Throughout her career, Gonzales has extensively worked in the areas of homelessness and housing, behavioral health, leadership and organizational development, grant writing, research and evaluation. She is experienced working with families, youth and young adults. Counseled people to break the cycle of homelessness, domestic violence and assisted those returning from the federal prison system to transition home. Passionate about eradicating poverty and empowering communities to achieve prosperity, Gonzales holds a BA from Howard University, earned an MA in counseling psychology and an MPA with a concentration in nonprofit management and policy from New York University. She serves on the board of directors for several nonprofits and is a special advisor for several initiatives that address poverty and displacement and on a national expert panel studying the effectiveness of federal housing related programs. Gonzales was recently named a 2025 Presidential Leadership Scholar.
