The Maple Corporation is looking to acquire vacant land from the Philadelphia Land Bank to construct seven new homes in our neighborhood. Each home will be offered for sale at $280,000.
Property Addresses: 2208, 2214, 2365, 2409, 2419, 2423, 2433 North 3rd Street
Each home will be 1,344 square feet: 2 stories, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a finished basement.
Units will be eligible for Turn the Key Homebuyer Assistance Funding.
